I accompany and facilitate high-achieving individuals as
they learn how to survive their success and failure and grow
to the next level of fulfilment in living well.
I work through authentic, creative dialogue. My coaching
style combines insight with empathy, drawing on a background
in the disciplines of psychology, linguistics, philology,
anthropology, management, pedagogy and philosophy of
science. I have integrated a diverse range of source models
into the
integral focus©
approach
to developing human potential, utilising experience in
creativity and lateral thinking approaches, neuro-linguistic
programming, communications, systemic and field theory,
contemporary psychology and emotional bodywork as well as
ancient wisdoms.
I have a special interest in
conflict resolution
and
interpersonal relationships.
My focus is on the relationship
between self-connection and connection with others, whether
between individuals, groups, organisations or societies.
I find the power and limitations of language fascinating,
especially the links between language, emotional states and
fundamental human developmental needs and aspirations.
A particular interest lies in working with groups of
professionals from various cultures, facilitating them to
better understand each other and develop effective
intercultural communication and effective teamwork.
